Ordering process 
 When wanting to place an order please use the "Place Order Here" icon or you can email us at "TheDRCollection@icloud.com" with product name, lace size, & hair/bundle length, or haircare item and candle scent of the product wishing to be purchased. We will then send out an invoice via email & after invoice has been paid, we will arrange shipment for you as soon as possible. Receipt & package confirmation number will be sent out as followed.

Usually, your order will be processed within 24 hours. Shipping usually takes place between 10-13 business days. In some cases, delivery may take longer than stated due to security and customs clearance. There will also be a shipping fee that will be added to your hair purchase.
